Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You can return your product for store credit, an exchange for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Any shipping charges incurred during the checkout process are not refundable.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Digital Downloads or gift cards cannot be refunded.
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customized leather goods (merchandise that is specifically created for you, i.e., initials, names, quotes, verses, logos, etc.)

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  2. Take the item in its original packaging to a shipping carrier of your choosing (DHL, USPS, UPS, FedEx) and pay the shipping cost of the return (non-refundable). You will receive via email the return address for you to ship the item to process the refund.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund will be issued to the option selected (store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method).

Additional Information:

  • All shipping fees the customer will need to pay.
  • Refunds to the original payment method are subject to a restocking fee of 15 % based on the cost of the product(s).
  • Before you return the item, please contact us at texasi35leather@gmail.com for assistance or any other questions. We will not accept unauthorized returns.

  

Store Credit 

Store credit will be processed as a gift card and can be used at any time in combination with any promotion. Gift cards do not have an expiration date.

 

Exchanges for a different product

In the confirmation of purchase email, when you reply requesting a refund, state the item(s) that you wish to have exchanged. Keep in mind that all orders are processed in the order they are received, and some products may be in low stock at the time of processing an exchange. Since all our products are hand crafted, there is a wait time for us to replenish the inventory. We will inform you of the inventory status in the refund email request.  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds to the original payment method
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
