Shipping policy

1. Delivery Time:

Orders may be processed between 3-5 days. However, due to the current shipping situation, you may experience a slight processing delay due to the high influx of orders during specific seasons. 

Custom orders vary in processing time as products are made to order. Custom orders will have different details on the individual products description for estimated processing time and other information.

2. Shipment:

To receive your order in a timely manner, we use the services of express couriers such as UPS, USPS, DHL and FedEx with different rates provided by Shopify platform. Please keep in mind the type of delivery method you select and the estimated time of delivery of the different carriers at the moment of checkout.

3. In Case of Damage/Defect:

We make every effort to provide you with high-quality flawless products. During the checkout we urge you to select the shipping insurance offered by the carrier to protect your purchase. Please keep in mind that all leather products are handmade therefore some of the unique characteristics of the leather cannot be duplicated due to the natural markings of the hide. Hence, no two handmade items are alike and there will be variations in color, shading and texture making your leather wallet one-of-a-kind. These characteristics are not considered defects but the natural way the handcrafted leather products look.
